We built and ran Synaptic Recall’s entire growth engine, from creator outreach to paid ads to lifecycle email, growing a solo-founder med-ed SaaS from 200 to 1,000 users and 5x’ing MRR in six months.
Synaptic Recall turns a lecture PDF into a story, an Anki deck, and a practice exam. The pain it solves is real: med students burn hours every day just making flashcards. But every acquisition channel in this market is crowded, skeptical, and expensive to get wrong. The founder needed growth systems that ran without him, and there was no playbook. So we built one channel at a time and let the data make the calls.
We built an 11-step pipeline that scraped and qualified thousands of niche med-ed creators, sent personalized outreach, and e-signed contracts in the same session terms were agreed.
We cut the licensed creator footage into Meta ads and operated them through an MCP server connected to the brand’s Instagram, with campaign structure consolidated for Meta’s Andromeda retrieval engine instead of fragmented micro-tests.
A 644-person lapsed-trial cohort segmented by behavior rather than guesswork, three touches per segment, timed to the back-to-school window when the pay-reason returns.
We built a custom reporting app so the founder never had to ask for a status update, auto-syncing every 30 minutes. Status meetings became strategy meetings.
